You have to be 18 years or older to purchase items at itg.studio.

The terms of purchase apply when you, as a customer, make a purchase on itg.studio. To be able to make a purchase, you need to accept these terms of purchase and consent to Interesting Times Gang processing and storing your personal information. By completing the purchase, you agree to our terms of purchase.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

A purchase agreement is entered into between you as the customer (“consumer”) and Interesting Times Gang Stockholm (“merchant”) when you have completed a purchase, and you have received your receipt or an order confirmation sent to the specified email address.

The order confirmation signifies that we have approved the purchase and that a binding purchase agreement has been established. A completed order is associated with an obligation to pay.

PRICES

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor for Swedish customers and local currencies elsewhere, including Swedish VAT (25%) for customers in Sweden and the EU.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When ordering products for delivery outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Responsibility for Charges: Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Policies: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Assistance with Customs Clearance: Our shipping partner (e.g., DHL) will typically assist with the customs clearance process. They may contact you to provide necessary information or to facilitate payment of any required duties and taxes, often by sending a link for payment prior to delivery or pickup.
Delivery Delays: Please note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors in price and product information or in other communication. We reserve the right to continuously change information and prices on all items in our range and to retrospectively correct incorrect pricing without prior notice. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, clearance sales, inventory discrepancies, technical issues, changes in technical specifications, and any typographical errors on our website or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders. All promotions apply while stocks last unless otherwise specified in the description. Samples and images cannot guarantee the exact appearance and characteristics of the product. Color representation may differ between the image and reality, and for product samples, only the sample can be indicative. Samples of natural materials, especially recycled and biobased materials, may vary more or less between different material pieces.

For online purchases on itg.studio, you can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard).

DELIVERY TIME

All of our items are custom-made and manufactured upon order, so at the time of ordering, we can only provide an estimated delivery time for custom-order items. Delivery times may vary between different products, seasons, and delivery methods. Particularly, summer and Christmas may affect production as some factories may be closed during certain periods. Please note that all communicated delivery times are approximate, meaning that delivery can be faster or take longer than estimated. We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are generally beyond our control. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments to delivery dates in the event of delays in production from suppliers beyond our control. However, we always strive to deliver your items within the indicated approximate time frame.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Please note that all our products are made to order and manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed.

No Right of Withdrawal: According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted once production has begun.
Order Confirmation: By placing an order and confirming your purchase, you agree to the commencement of production of your made-to-order item and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived.
Exceptions: This policy does not affect your rights in relation to defective or damaged products. If your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at hello@itg.studio within 14 days of receiving your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The shipping methods offered vary depending on the size (bulky) of your order and your location. Larger furniture may be delivered on a pallet by the chosen carrier and handled as other packaging by you as a customer. You can also choose to have your furniture delivered to the door/property boundary. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check if it is possible to transport the furniture in the elevator or if it can enter through doors and stairwells. In winter, it is essential that the path/entrance to the house is accessible and free of ice. The road to the delivery address should be drivable and accessible. Please note that drivers cannot remove their shoes during heavy lifting for occupational health and safety reasons. Therefore, it is advisable to cover your floor if it is delicate or stain-sensitive.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

We are responsible for damages that occurred during transportation or delivery to you as a customer. When you receive your delivery, it is your responsibility as a customer to check if the package is damaged. Always check your shipment carefully immediately upon delivery. If you have received a delivery that has any damage to the packaging or item, it is important that you document this immediately in text and images. Take photos of the following: 1. outer and inner packaging, 2. label on the box with the item's order number, 3. the item you received where the defect is visible. Describe your case and email the pictures to our customer service at hello@itg.studio within 24 hours of receiving the item. This helps us handle your case more quickly. Keep the original packaging that the item came in. The product should not be used until further notice.

COMPLAINTS

In accordance with the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932), you, as a customer, have the right to complain about manufacturing defects (hidden defects) within 3 years from the date you received the item. The right to complain applies to original defects, not defects that have arisen due to careless handling, mishandling, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. Complaints about a visible defect need to be made immediately upon discovering the defect or within a reasonable time. Within 2 months of the delivery date is always considered within a reasonable time. Packaging should be saved and documented. Interesting Times Gang is not responsible for defects in the item that have arisen due to careless handling or failure to follow care instructions. If you wish to make a complaint about an item, contact our complaints department. NATURAL MATERIALS

Many of the items we sell are made of recycled or natural materials such as used fishing nets, oyster shells, kelp, stone, mycelium, wood, and more. Recycled and natural materials often vary in appearance, size, and structure from item to item, which is entirely natural. This includes features such as knots, grain, color variations, texture differences, marbling, marks, and scars, among others. These natural variations are characteristics that the designer often intended to maintain or enhance as part of the design and do not constitute valid grounds for complaint. To maintain the good quality of recycled or natural materials over time, the care instructions provided at the time of purchase and on the website should be followed. In cases of damage and wear due to the failure to follow these instructions, Interesting Times Gang reserves the right to reject a complaint.

FORCE MAJEURE

We will always do everything in our power to ensure that you, as a customer, receive your item. However, Interesting Times Gang cannot be held responsible for delays due to extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control and that we could not reasonably have foreseen or overcome without economic losses. This includes, among other things, natural disasters, strikes, war, riots, blockades, intervention by public authorities, fire, explosion, boycott, and other force majeure-like circumstances affecting delays from suppliers and/or delivery.
